Once your negatives are completely dry, cut them into strips of five or six frames using scissors or a guillotine trimmer (being careful not to scratch the emulsion) and store them in negative sleeves (“neg sleeves”) to protect them from scratches and fingerprints. You can easily view your negs on a light table with a loupe, even through the protective plastic.
